Kraken from Seattle
Seattle in the first round of the playoffs brilliantly defeated the current holder of the Colorado Avalanche Cup. The team simply beat the opponent, even though it took seven games. Krakens have a very decent selection of players. Maybe there are no big stars in the squad, but there are some great champions.
Dallas made it through the first round of the playoffs relatively easily. The Stars, as predicted, knocked the Minnesota Wild out of the Cup. The team is effective in attack. In addition, one of the leaders of Dallas, Joe Pavelski, returned to duty after an injury. A veteran, he designed a “poker” against Seattle in the first game. And despite the defeat, this is good news for the hosts.
In the first game of the series, the teams showed a lot of shooting activity, making 79 shots on goal for two, and 41 more were blocked by team players. Score 4:5 (OT) Seattle win. The pattern of play is unlikely to change significantly in the next match. We look forward to productive hockey teams.
